Terms of Use
Rental Agreement & Service Policies
We are genuinely thrilled to be a part of your special event. To ensure your celebration goes flawlessly and our team can provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask you to review our decor rental policies.
Section 01
Booking and Payment
- Date Confirmation: Your date is considered officially booked only upon the receipt of a 40% non-refundable deposit of the total order amount.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance (60%) must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
- Timeliness: If the final payment is not received 48 hours prior to the scheduled setup, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery without a refund of the deposit.
Section 02
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate:
- Rescheduling: If you need to change your date, please notify us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the event. We will transfer your booking free of charge, provided the decor is available on the new date.
- Credit System: If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the event, your deposit may be held as a credit to be used for future events within 12 months.
- Last-Minute Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event, 100% of the total order cost is retained, as we have turned away other clients to secure your booking.
Section 03
Logistics, Access, and Time
- Setup: Our team requires access to the venue exactly 2 hours prior to the start of the event for a proper installation.
- Parking and Permits: The Client is responsible for organizing and covering the cost of parking for our team's vehicle, as well as obtaining all necessary permits for the decor installation from the restaurant or venue administration.
- Takedown: We guarantee takedown until 11:00 PM. If your event ends later, an additional late-night pickup fee of $150 will apply.
Section 04
Outdoor Events
Flower walls are fragile decor requiring specific conditions:
- Outdoor setup is only possible on a flat and stable surface.
- Our materials are not waterproof. In the event of rain or strong wind, we will not be able to set up the decor outdoors, and the installation must be moved indoors.
- If you insist on an outdoor setup in questionable weather conditions, you assume full responsibility for protecting the decor (canopies, tents).
Section 05
Decor Care and Liability
- No Damage Deposit: We trust our clients and do not require an upfront damage or security deposit.
- "Do Not Move" Policy: Our walls are heavy and fragile structures. The Client and guests are strictly prohibited from moving the installed photo zone themselves. If the wall needs to be moved during the event by our team, the cost for this service is $100.
- Damage Penalties: In the event the structure is knocked over by guests or damaged by water or rain, a minimum penalty of $500 will be charged, plus any additional costs for repairing and replacing the damaged elements.
- Safety: FLORINSKY is not liable for any injuries sustained by guests as a result of excessive physical force applied to the structures or negligent behavior around the decor after its installation.
Section 06
Force Majeure and Media
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government mandates), we will transfer your booking to a new date free of charge.
- Portfolio Photos: We take pride in our work and reserve the right to take photos and videos of the installed decor for our social media. We guarantee that the faces of your guests will not be captured without permission.
